lemonreach is an AI-powered B2B cold outreach platform that helps sales professionals discover new prospects using AI-powered search, enrich prospect data with verified work emails, generate personalised outreach emails, and manage outreach campaigns. lemonreach is operated by lemonreach AB, a company registered in Sweden, with its registered address at Industrigatan 4A, 212 14 Malmö, Sweden.

References to "lemonreach", "we", "us", or "our" in these Terms refer to lemonreach AB. References to "you" or "User" refer to the individual or entity accessing or using the Service.

By registering for an account, accessing, or using lemonreach (the "Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), as well as our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

If you are using lemonreach on behalf of an organisation, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use lemonreach. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

To access lemonreach, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Keep your account credentials confidential and not share them with third parties
• Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe have been compromised, are being used fraudulently, or are in violation of these Terms.

4.1 Subscription Plans

lemonreach is offered on a subscription basis. Plans are billed on a monthly or annual cycle. Annual plans are offered at a discounted rate compared to monthly billing. The specific features, credit allowances, and pricing for each plan are set out on our pricing page at lemonreach.com/pricing.

4.2 Credit System

lemonreach operates on a credit-based model. Credits are consumed as follows:

• Email generation: 1 credit per email generated within a sequence
• AI Prospecting add-on: credits are consumed when generating an email, as specified on our pricing page

Credits are allocated monthly according to your subscription plan, as specified on the pricing page or in your signed agreement. Unused credits do not roll over to the following billing period unless otherwise stated in your plan description.

4.3 Credit Top-Ups

In addition to subscription credits, you may purchase additional credits as a one-time top-up purchase. Top-up credits do not expire for the duration of your active subscription. If your subscription is cancelled, any remaining top-up credits will be forfeit.

4.4 Annual Discount

Users who choose annual billing receive a discounted rate as displayed at the time of purchase. The annual plan is billed as a single upfront payment. Switching from annual to monthly billing takes effect at the end of the current annual billing period.

We may offer a free trial period to new users. During the free trial:

• You will have access to a limited set of features and a defined credit allowance as specified at sign-up
• No payment method is required unless stated otherwise
• At the end of the trial period, access will revert to a free tier or prompt you to subscribe — no automatic charges will occur without your explicit consent

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial offering at any time. One free trial per person or organisation. Creating multiple accounts to extend trial access is a violation of these Terms.

All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider. By providing payment details, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees for your selected plan or purchase.

• Subscription fees are billed at the start of each billing cycle
• All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. VAT will be applied in accordance with applicable Swedish and EU tax law
• You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is accurate and up to date
• If a payment fails, we may suspend access to your account until payment is resolved

lemonreach AB is a VAT-registered entity in Sweden. Business customers in the EU may be eligible for reverse charge VAT. Please ensure your VAT number is correctly entered in your account settings.

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. If you cancel a monthly subscription, you will retain access to the Service until the end of the current billing period, after which no further charges will be made.

Annual subscriptions: if you cancel within 14 days of your initial annual purchase and have not used more than 10% of your annual credit allowance, you may request a pro-rata refund by contacting us at [email protected]. Refunds will not be issued beyond this window.

Credit top-up purchases are non-refundable once credits have been consumed. Unconsumed top-up credits may be refunded at our discretion within 14 days of purchase.

Consumers located in the European Union may have statutory rights under EU consumer law, including the right of withdrawal. Where applicable, these rights take precedence over this policy.

8.1 Your Content

lemonreach allows you to upload documents and files to your company profile to personalise and contextualise your outreach. You retain full ownership of any content you upload ("User Content").

8.2 Licence Grant

By uploading content to lemonreach, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, and use your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not use your User Content to train AI models or share it with third parties, except as described in our Privacy Policy.

8.3 Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all User Content you upload. You represent and warrant that:

• You have the right to upload the content and grant us the licence described above
• Your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
• Your content does not contain malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Your content does not violate any applicable law or regulation

8.4 Infringement Notices

If you believe that any content on lemonreach infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at [email protected] with a description of the alleged infringement and relevant supporting information.

lemonreach uses artificial intelligence, including large language models, to generate outreach emails and other content on your behalf. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content is produced automatically and may not always be accurate, appropriate, or complete
• You are solely responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before sending it to any recipient
• lemonreach does not guarantee the effectiveness, deliverability, or compliance of AI-generated emails
• You must not use AI-generated content in a manner that violates applicable law, including anti-spam regulations such as GDPR, CAN-SPAM, or CASL
• Ownership of AI-generated content produced by lemonreach on your behalf vests in you, subject to these Terms

You agree to use lemonreach only for lawful B2B outreach purposes. You must not use the Service to:

• Send unsolicited emails to individuals without a lawful basis under applicable law (including GDPR)
• Harvest, scrape, or misuse personal data of individuals
• Impersonate any person, organisation, or brand
• Send content that is abusive, discriminatory, defamatory, threatening, or fraudulent
• Circumvent any technical or security measures of the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or data
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, overload, or impair our infrastructure
• Resell or sublicence access to lemonreach without our written consent
• Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable export control or sanctions laws

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any account that we determine, in our sole discretion, is in violation of these acceptable use requirements.

11.1 LinkedIn Enrichment

lemonreach's LinkedIn enrichment feature retrieves publicly available LinkedIn profile data through third-party data providers to help personalise your outreach. By using this feature, you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for ensuring your use of enriched prospect data complies with applicable data protection law, including GDPR
• lemonreach is not affiliated with or endorsed by LinkedIn
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of enriched profile data
• You must have a legitimate interest or other lawful basis under GDPR to process the personal data of prospects you enrich
• Enriched data should only be used for professional B2B outreach and must not be retained longer than necessary

11.2 Prospecting & Contact Data

lemonreach provides prospecting functionality that allows you to search for and retrieve business contact information through third-party data providers. By using this feature, you acknowledge that:

• Contact data returned through prospecting is sourced from third-party providers and is intended for professional B2B use only
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of any contact data retrieved through lemonreach complies with applicable law, including GDPR and any other relevant data protection regulations
• You must have a lawful basis — such as legitimate interest — for processing any personal data of individuals identified through prospecting
• lemonreach does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of contact data returned by third-party providers
• Contact data must not be retained, repurposed, or shared beyond what is necessary for your stated outreach purpose
• You must honour opt-out requests promptly and maintain appropriate suppression lists

11.3 Your Responsibilities as Data Controller

When using lemonreach's enrichment or prospecting features, you act as the data controller in respect of the personal data of the individuals you target. This means you are responsible for determining the purpose and legal basis for processing, ensuring transparency toward data subjects where required, and complying with data subject rights requests. lemonreach processes this data solely on your behalf and in accordance with your instructions.

lemonreach offers an optional AI-powered prospecting add-on that allows users to discover new prospects using natural language search. The prospecting feature uses artificial intelligence to match your search criteria against third-party data sources and returns a list of potential prospects. By using this feature, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Prospect search results are AI-generated matches based on available data and may not be fully accurate or complete
• Waterfall enrichment is performed across 20+ third-party premium data providers to locate verified work email addresses. We do not guarantee a specific match rate, though we aim for approximately 80% accuracy
• You are solely responsible for verifying the relevance and suitability of discovered prospects for your outreach campaigns
• You must have a legitimate interest or other lawful basis under GDPR to process the personal data of prospects discovered through this feature
• Discovered prospect data must only be used for professional B2B outreach purposes and must not be retained longer than necessary
• You must not use the prospecting feature for bulk data scraping, resale of data, or any purpose other than your own B2B outreach
• lemonreach is not liable for any decisions made based on AI-generated prospect matches or enriched data

The AI Prospecting add-on is available on any subscription plan for an additional monthly fee as specified on our pricing page. Credits included with the add-on follow the same rules as subscription credits outlined in Section 4.

lemonreach and all related technology, design, trademarks, logos, and content (excluding User Content) are the exclusive property of lemonreach AB or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service solely for your internal business purposes during the term of your subscription. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Service.

If you submit feedback, suggestions, ideas, or recommendations regarding lemonreach ("Feedback"), you agree that we may use, implement, and incorporate such Feedback into the Service without any obligation to compensate you, seek your approval, or credit you. By submitting Feedback, you waive any rights you may have in such Feedback to the fullest extent permitted by law.

lemonreach processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Our infrastructure is hosted in the European Union (AWS Frankfurt region) to support GDPR compliance.

Where lemonreach processes personal data on your behalf (for example, prospect data you import), we act as a data processor and you act as the data controller. Our Data Processing Agreement, available upon request, governs this relationship.

We aim to provide a reliable and high-quality service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. lemonreach may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond our control.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Where we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service following such notice constitutes acceptance of the changes.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will meet your specific requirements
• AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your intended use
• The Service will be free from errors, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities
• Results from using lemonreach, including email open rates or response rates, will meet any particular standard

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lemonreach AB and its directors, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, reputational harm, or the cost of substitute services.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to lemonreach in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless lemonreach AB and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service in violation of these Terms
• Your User Content
• Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights
• Any outreach campaigns conducted using lemonreach

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately and without notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms
• We are required to do so by law
• Your use of the Service poses a risk to us or other users

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or our Privacy Policy. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will do so, including Sections 13, 14, 17, 18, and 19.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malmö, Sweden.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also have the right to refer a dispute to an alternative dispute resolution body. The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform is accessible at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Service, business practices, or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a prominent notice in the app at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of lemonreach after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and cancel your subscription before the effective date.
